This unique 12 week training program focuses on compound movements (multi joint exercises) rather than isolation work as in traditional bodybuilders programs. By using this approach more total volume can be achieved within less time by working at higher intensity levels during each exercise session. The program is setup with 2-3 gym sessions per week with accessory “Construct” sessions and optional cardio training sessions. Thus allowing you to see faster results. All with the coaching and support from Matt Clark, this includes email support, in-app chat and video form check-ins.
